Salesforce Developer/Lead
Whitehall Resources require a Salesforce Developer/Lead to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.
*This role will involve on site work in Warwickshire 2-3 days per week. (Rest of the week working remotely.)
*Inside IR35.
Salesforce Developer/Lead
Key responsibilities:
*Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
*Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
*Designing, developing, supporting, or re-engineering highly complex application solutions
*Designing, creating, managing, and updating complex data models, user interfaces, application security, business logic, and process automation.
*Recommending alternative approaches and best practices, defining technical impact, and providing sizing estimates.
*Performing testing activities.
*Defining, documenting, and reviewing solution information assets, e.g. design documents
*Performing Code Merging/Back Merging Activities across the Code Repositories
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
Overall 10+ years; Salesforce technical experience 10+ years
*As a Senior Developer, experience on leading and providing technical/analytical guidance
*The individual can manage application developers in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions.
*This grade includes senior level professionals with the experience and capability to effectively manage complex project activities and project change as well as deep subject matter expertise.
*Certification: PD1 is a must, with PD2 adds more value
*Understand Salesforce object model and relationship
*Experience in custom development such as LWC, Apex, Triggers, Batch process
*Experience in config development such as Flows, Layout business workflow
*Knowledge on Bit Bucket or any Version Control Tool
