We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our consulting team. Role holder can be based in either Ireland or the UK while already holding the necessary work authorisation. Join us on this exciting journey towards unparalleled achievement.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Health Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in Health Cloud, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's needs and challenges. You will work closely with clients to analyse their requirements, design customised solutions, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud to optimise their healthcare delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud.Solution Design and Implementation:Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to meet client needs.Develop and implement customised workflows, data models, and integrations with other healthcare systems.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.Project Management:Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress and any issues.Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Health Cloud.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client issues and optimize system performance.Continuous Improvement:Stay current with Salesforce Health Cloud updates, industry trends, and best practices.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and contribute to the development of new consulting methodologies.Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Qualifications:Proven track record in delivering successful Salesforce implementations in the healthcare industry.Demonstrable commercial experience working with Salesforce, including with Salesforce Health Cloud.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and related technologies.Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification.Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional Certification (preferred).We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Benefits including – remote working, flexible working hours, health insurance, Salesforce certifications, life insurance, company trips.TEKenable has been named as Technology Business of the Year, included in the Deloitte Fast50 for the last 4 consecutive years, and won the Deloitte Impact award.
