This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and understanding of industry and Salesforce's products and services.This role requires a dynamic and outcome-driven expert with a proven track record for successfully leading transformational programs, and building high performing teams. They will navigate a cross-functional team and define and deploy strategies and teams for health solutions for Wipro customers.
Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Define strategic solutions during pre-sales and sales cycles for clients in health domain, aligning them with their business goals and objectives.Solution Design: Advise and Design solutions that utilize Salesforce's Health Cloud and other services to solve specific business problems, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.Team Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce consultants, developers and solution experts to execute projects effectively and deliver high-quality solutions.Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, and recommend Salesforce solutionsTechnical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, and apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions.Qualifications:Experience in salesforce delivery roles with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly in the areas of Health Cloud as well as other Sales/Service/Marketing.Strong executive presence and communication skillsExperience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate team membersExtensive experience planning and deploying enterprise level business and IT programs/projects for enterprise Clients.Extensive experience with off-shore and near-shore operations.Team player able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization - including executive leadership - with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.Strong situational analysis, negotiation and decision-making abilities.Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team.Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.Diversity and Inclusion at WiproWipro is an advocate for positive change and conscious inclusion.
