Responsibilities As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for: - Identify (and if required, source) the relevant data points to support new journeys - Configure multi-channel journeys (email and SMS) and set up new automations - Build and refine HTML content blocks and templates, complex additions to templates and embedded personalisation (using AMPscript) - Write SQLs to populate data extensions with the right selections of customer Skills The ideal candidate must have the following skills: - Strong Knowledge and skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and usage - Proficient in HTML, SQL, Ampscript. - Ability to run tests and experiments - Comfortable building HTML content blocks and templates to a high standard Experience Requirements - Experienced with setting up multi-channel journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud - Hands on experience in building and running campaigns in a consumer organisation - Experienced with Agile ways of working Qualifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Email Specialist, Consultant or Developer.
