p strong Salesforce Platform Lead /strong /p br All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. br p This dynamic, global healthcare organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce and requires a strong Salesforce Platform Lead to come in and lead a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs. /p p You will be collaborating with various Stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience and measurable results. /p p To be considered, you will have/be: /p ul li Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team /li li Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with validation regulations /li li Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs /li li Hands-on experience is beneficial with an understanding of integrations /li li Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisation is beneficial /li /ul p Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be visible in the business, therefore travel to Runcorn will be required so you will need to be within a reasonable distance with the ability to get into the office depending on business requirements. /p p In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance and annual bonus. /p p If you are a Salesforce Manager/Team Lead looking for a new opportunity in an environment that can offer lots of challenges then strong APPLY NOW! /strong 1st stage Teams interviews to take place W/C 9th September. /p
