Your expertise in presales, strategy, and delivery management will be pivotal in driving success
Role & Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements during the pre-sales phase.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored Salesforce solutions for potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals, including scoping, pricing, and solution design.
- Client Presentations: Participate in pre-sales presentations, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Salesforce Expertise: Stay current with Salesforce best practices, trends, and updates.
- Project & Delivery Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Delivery, Engagement and or Presales role in a Salesforce consulting business
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and related products- ideally Salesforce Certified
- Excellent communication style
