You will be working alongside a Senior Technical Architect who will mentor you and guide you on your journey.They are looking for this Salesforce Technical Lead / Salesforce Architect to be a seasoned and experienced Salesforce professional who will be able to advise on the strategy of the technical teams, the technology used as well as be on their top level projects.You will be speaking with high level stakeholders and bridging the gap between the Salesforce technical team and the business whilst designing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment to identify and design the technical road map.You will have:Experience working within complex, large scale Salesforce environmentsGreat understanding of Salesforce and its capabilitiesThe ability to translate technical requirements and designs to non-technical peopleAbility to lead teams and mentor more junior Salesforce membersExcellent programmatic Development skills. Apex & LWCExperience in high level technical discussions with other business units and stakeholdersSalesforce Architecture knowledge or experience is highly desirableExperience leading multi cloud or complex implementationsIntegration experience using API’s or Middleware tools such as MuleSoftThe ability to be approachable and personableCome from a Salesforce Developer Background. Must have:Salesforce Platform Developer I CertificationSalesforce Architecture exposureYou will be working in a collaborative team and friendly environment with regular team events and team building days. This is a hybrid working role with a London office 2 times a week.This role is not offering sponsorship.
