You will be enthusiastic, technically confident & resourceful. This role will form part of our global Customer Support Team and will have the ability to work both as part of a team and also the ability to work independently.Duties include:SAP Business One SupportOwnership of customer issues to completionWork as part of a team to find resolutions efficiently and effectivelyProactively develop customer relationshipsAnalyse/resolve functional/technical issues.Advise clients of features and functionality of SAP Business One applicationIncident ManagementReporting, supporting projects and testing activities.Location: The role is hybrid.Skills: Experienced in SAP Business One is essentialGood PC Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office suitePrevious experience of dealing with customers by phone and in personExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to retain ownership of the issue and relationship with Customers.Must be flexible to take on new tasks.Experience in SQL, Linux idealExcellent communication skills, written & verbal.Fluent English speakerDesirable SkillsExperience in Hana an advantageWorking knowledge of Windows Server OSAccountancy knowledge is a distinct advantage.Crystal reporting skills desirableThe Person: Customer focusedA passion for problem solving is a mustPositive attitude and eagerness to learnPro-activeTeam playerSelf-motivated with a drive to succeedExcellent organizational skillsSolution drivenAbility to multitaskAbility to rapidly switch gearsAgile and flexible approach to work, ability to prioritise
