SAP CX Support Consultant
We are seeking a skilled SAP CX Support Consultant for our client, a globally recognised end user based in London.
As an SAP CX specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP CX solutions that align with the organization's business goals. working as part of a team to provide first and second line support of all production and non-production application environments
*This role offers hybrid working with 2 days required onsite
Do you have?
* A strong background in supporting SAP CX platforms?
* Hands on experience with a range of SAP CX solutions, including but not limited to: SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, C4C, SAP Marketing & Cloud/Emarsys Customer Engagement
* A hunger to learn new skills and SAP technologies
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues?
* Strong communication skills?
