SAP Logistics / SCM Solution Architect - English Speaking. North-West London. Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). Flexible Start Date from September 2024 Onwards. Salary £80,000 - £100,000 Per Annum + 25% Bonus + Company Car + 12% Pension + Other Benefits. END-CLIENT!Our end-client based in North-West London is a large multi-national company with a proud British heritage. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an SAP Logistics / Supply Chain Solution Architect to join their team.Description:This key Architecture role will liaise between the business teams, architects, and functional teams to lead and support the delivery of new capabilities through requirements gathering, identifying new opportunities & assess potential solutions. Accountable for the creation of high-level design blueprints and guaranteeing that detailed designs conform to established architectural principles and standards, while also fulfilling the business needs.Main Tasks:Work with Senior Management Team and Heads of IT for the Supply Chain to identify business and project priorities.Provide assessment of business need and options for achievement of business aims. Work with the Application leads; Infrastructure leads and Architects to develop vision of future solutions and opportunities.Support IT Strategy development across the systems landscapeProvide expert process and systems analysis on relevant areas of the businessDevelop, communicate, and seek agreement on concepts, direction, and opportunities to harness new application technologies to deliver business benefitContinual improvements to solution delivery methodologies, such as change management, landscape management, build management, solution documentation etc.Accurate and timely project deliveryDeliver all relevant documents pertaining to the design or redesign of systems and processes.Responsible person on projects & chairing. Required Skills and Experience:Strong experience in Logistics / Supply Chain systems with at least ten years of business experience within an IT environment.Must be a subject matter expert in their field with strong knowledge of at least 2 of the following core modules: MM / SD / PP / WM / EWMMust have good all-round knowledge of SAP and other leading supply chain systemsMust have experience of key architecture governance and methodologies, including TOGAF, BCM, Principles, standards, etc.Previous experience of working to deadlines on complex projects is required.Must be willing to travel to other UK sites on a regular basis.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to form relations with all stakeholders, especially the senior leaders. Ability to lead delivery teams in achieving design aims, liaise and work with the management team and key stakeholders, securing their involvement, confidence, and co-operation in executing projects, generating their buy-in and ownership of the work performed. Provide communication and education to the teams regarding company culture, ways of working and the wider supply chain processes.Required Soft Skills:A willingness to learn new processes, develop relationships with key stakeholders and external partners is important.Demonstrate a high degree of innovation and creativity, balanced with the ability to make the complex appear simple by swift logical and analytical thinking.A good communicator, the candidate should be self-motivated and exhibit a proactive approach to work.Ability to think outside the box and having the ability to switch thinking laterally will be of benefit. Identifying the ‘bigger picture’ and how the smaller parts link to the whole.A willingness to work as part of a multi-skilled team is a must.An ability and desire to understand new technologies is a must, as is a flexible approach to working.Strong listening skills to ensure problems are understood and the right solutions offered.Be able to communicate process, work, and ideas. Ability to collaborate and facilitate workshops to drive engagement and communication.Keep abreast of industry trends and promoting these as a champion.Nice to have but not mandatory:Experience of working with and delivery of SAP S/4HANA would be advantageousKnowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management) is a plusLanguages:Must be fluent in English and poses very high level communication.Salary:The salary on offer is negotiable and subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges between £80,000 - £100,000 gross per annum.The company offers an excellent bonus of 25% based upon personal and company performanceBenefits:Company Car or £7300 Car allowanceAll business travel expenses covered25 days annual leave12% PensionSingle cover health careFlexi-time and home office optionsSubsidised company canteenRemote Working and Travel Expectations:You can NOT work remotely from outside of the UK. You must live within the UK.This is a hybrid job. The company has 3 primary offices of operation for SAP related work. On average, every week you must be at one of these offices on an ad hoc basis with overnight stays as necessary as per the requirements of the project / business needs.All business travel related expenses will be covered.Only 2 days of remote work is permitted per week.UK Work Permits:The company welcomes candidates from anywhere in the world. For the right candidate, they are willing to sponsor your UK work permit.Irish Citizens and other EU Citizens who are on the EU Settlement Scheme are permitted to work in the UK. No work visa required.Relocation:If you live outside of the UK, you must relocate to the UK. Relocation is your responsibility and you must cover all the financial costs yourself.
