Working on complex engagements across multiple sectors ranging from FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Defence, IGH etc. this team is responsible for the pre-sales/sales, business transformation and technical delivery of SAP solutions and trusted to get it right first time. Why Join KPMG as an SAP Manager?The SAP Sectors Consulting team are technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. You will work in a challenging, purposeful and dynamic SAP transformations with teams using their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement etc.), to lead and deliver exciting client programmes across a range of industries, with a heavy focus on supporting pre-sales activities and develop improvement, focus on SAP innovations and extensions to Powered Enterprise. What will you be doing?In the role of an Analytics Lead, help clients shift to data-driven decision-making and achieve true insights from their data.Build both Planning and Analytic models and visualisations using Interactive Stories/Dashboards, Input controls, filters, tables, charts, geo maps, smart data insight, smart discovery, and mobile enablement.Run analytics workshops and programs, including requirement gathering & mapping, KPI definition, advise on technical integration with source SAP and non-SAP applications.Design solutions using SAP Datasphere and its integration to SAC and other BI toolsHave clear understanding of the overall architecture including guiding principles around cloud technologies.Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support in the Analytics area What will you need to do it?Proficient in crafting use cases for analytic solutions using diverse range of SAP tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP BPC, SAP S/4 HANA embedded AnalyticsDemonstrable experience of having successfully delivered end-to-end SAP Analytic Transformation programmes within a Consulting environmentWell-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of informationGood knowledge of S/4HANA Functional process areas like Finance, Supply Chain and ProcurementSAP system design, build and deployment experience – 3 full lifecycle implementations preferredStrong documentation, reporting and presentation skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesExperience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support with our SAP clients (comfortable in presenting to C-Suite Stakeholders)Strong organisational, self-starter and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlinesHighly effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills; credible and confident with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of deliverySAP consulting experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy, or mid-tier firm would be of interestTo discuss this or wider Technology roles with our recruitment team, all you need to do is apply, create a profile, upload your CV and begin to make your mark with KPMG.Our Locations:We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core hub for this role is:London Canary WharfWith 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
