SAP Project Manager

Job Overview:

Our client, a leading retail organisation in the North West, is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP solutions and project management within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ensure SAP solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Drive best practices in testing, training, and change management.
• Report project progress to senior management.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 6+ years in SAP Project Management, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, Retail, FICO, MM, SD, WM) and system integration.
• Experience managing large-scale SAP implementations and data migration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions and digital transformation.
• Certifications in SAP solutions are desirable.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or SAP Activate certification required.
