We are currently recruiting for SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architects for a multitude of clients across the EU and UK.The roles are on a remote basis, within the EU or UK, and include both contract and permanent positions.We are looking for a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect who is passionate about developing complex solutions for strategic customers. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet our clients’ HR needs and objectives.Job Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Design end-to-end solutions that align with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.System Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and other relevant modules. Configure the system to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes.Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors, staying updated on the latest features, functionalities, and best practices. Provide guidance on technical architecture, system configuration, and customization options to optimize system performance and usability.Project Management: Manage all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budgetary constraints.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive alignment on project objectives and timelines. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on HR technology solutions.Training and Support: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth system operation and user adoption.Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.5+ years’ work experience in SAP systems integration, or architect role.Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.Have a good understanding of SAP best practicesStrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Learning.Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex HR technology solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
