Job Description Job Description: Role SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Lead HCM The key objective of this role would be to lead a highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organization which operates in multiple countries and with multiple geo-specific legacy applications. The target state will be a consolidated application, improvised business process, adoption of technology and best practices in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have Strong transformation experience with all modules in SuccessFactors and Payroll. In addition, experience in driving transformation programs with international financial institutions such as the World Bank, and IMF will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end HR program for the customer. Understand and Articulate the Business Requirements and map the process in the target application. Conduct Business Workshops with Key Stakeholders in the organization to validate the requirements and functionalities of the target application. Drive business requirements with different countries' stakeholders for regulatory and statutory requirements. Demonstrate Business Acumen in engaging key stakeholders in proposing SAP Solutions and challenging the existing process for driving innovation wherever required. Work collaboratively with downstream teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, ensuring that target applications are tailored to address their operational pain points. Define and develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap for the downstream portfolio focusing on top-priority value-adding technologies and use cases. Conduct thorough feasibility analysis including techno-economic and cost-benefit studies to evaluate the potential impact of target solutions on performance and present outcomes. Present the summary and recommendations to executive management. Partner with implementation teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Target Application. Ability to make a judgment to determine a solution for problems and seek guidance on complex problems. Own and Drive Business Cutover. Take ownership for end-to-end delivery. Essential Skill: Minimum 20+ years of Experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Experience in Delivering Greenfield Implementation With SAP SuccessFactors ( Knowledge of other ERPs such as PeopleSoft, and Workday desirable) Experience working with Public Sector Banks Experience in HR processes such as oCore HCM, oEmployee Central oRecruitment oOnboarding, Benefits, Absence oTime Tracking and Management oLearning & Development oSuccession oPayroll & Compensation oPerformance Management & Goals Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage Customers. SAP SuccessFactors Working experience in SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps Desirable Technical Skill: Have experience working with Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
