Ref: #62951Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Consultant (SAP Manager Level)Type: Full-Time/ PermanentIndustry: Multinational Professional Services NetworkBase Locations: London & Manchester, with opportunities to work from a network of 20 offices nationwide.About the Role:As an SAP Supply Chain Consultant at the Manager level, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering SAP S/4HANA projects across various sectors, including FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Defence, and more. You will be responsible for driving business transformation, supporting pre-sales activities, and delivering technical SAP solutions with a focus on Supply Chain processes.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Supply Chain workstreams within large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.Pre-Sales Support: Engage in pre-sales activities to secure future SAP Supply Chain engagements, including presenting to C-Suite stakeholders.Solution Design: Utilize your business acumen and SAP Supply Chain expertise to design and implement complex solutions that integrate seamlessly with other business functions.Team Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior team members, helping them reach their full potential.Project Management: Oversee SAP delivery, manage timelines, conduct team briefings, and ensure quality reviews by senior management.Business Development: Lead and support business development initiatives, including bid and proposal support.Required Expertise:SAP Functional Expertise: Proficiency in at least one of the following areas:SAP Integrated Business PlanningSAP PP/DSSAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)SAP ME/PEOSAP Extended Warehouse ManagementSAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MROSAP Order Management & Fulfillment/AATP/Logistics ExecutionSAP Product Lifecycle ManagementSAP Transport ManagementSAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes and their integration with other business areas.Integration Skills: Ability to advise on technical integrations between SAP applications and other client or third-party tools.Implementation Experience: Minimum of four full lifecycle SAP implementations.Industry Experience: Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Retail sectors.Workshop Facilitation: Capable of leading design workshops and translating requirements into actionable designs.Team Management: Experience in managing small teams and mentoring junior staff.Educational Background: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree required; SAP certification preferred.Desired Skills & Attributes:Business Development: Ability to support and lead business development activities, including bid and proposal support, with confidence in presenting to C-Suite stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Stakeholder Management: Highly effective in managing relationships and building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.Consulting Experience: Experience with SAP consulting in a major consultancy firm is a plus.Location Flexibility:While the core tech hubs for this role are in London and Manchester, there is flexibility to work from other offices across the UK.
