This role demands advanced communication and consultation skills, as it involves engaging with business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal technical teams. Experience working within an architectural framework such as TOGAF at a practitioner level is also required. Key Responsibilities: Create and review relevant documentation e.g., high- and low-level designs for relevant areas. Develop the browser roadmap Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and projects on request to help the client to deliver against its targets. Work with suppliers on design and provide technical support to resolve project issues. Review RFCs (Request for Comments) relevant to specialist areas. Essential Skills and Experience: Supporting large scale deployments of Windows devices in a multi-supplier environment Experience of migrating devices from Windows 10 to 11 Configuration of Windows and applications using Group policy and InTune. Configuration of Windows 365 Cloud PC Experience of troubleshooting application issues using relevant tools.
