Job Duties:

The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on construction sites. They will ensure the scaffolding is safe, secure, and meets industry standards. The role involves working at heights and following strict safety regulations at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Valid CISRS Scaffolder card

Education:

No specific education requirement, but a relevant construction-related qualification is advantageous

Experience:

Proven experience working as a Scaffolder in the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional scaffolding certifications or training

Working Conditions:

The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. It requires physical strength, agility, and the ability to work at heights. The Scaffolder may need to work overtime or weekends depending on project requirements.
