Job Duties:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and guidelines
• Inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment
• Working at heights to construct platforms for workers and materials
• Collaborating with construction team members to ensure efficient workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CISRS Scaffolder Card
• Health and Safety awareness certification
• Proven experience working as a scaffolder in the construction industry

Education:

No specific educational requirements, but completion of scaffolding training courses is beneficial

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a scaffolder

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced scaffolding certifications
• Experience working with different types of scaffolding systems

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily outdoors at construction sites
• May involve working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Full-time hours with the possibility of overtime
