Scaffolder

Job description

Our client are looking for gangs of Scaffolders, (Part 1, Part 2, Advanced COTS Labourers).

This is for a client based in Brighton to work on a large scale job for Scaffolding coming down in 3 stages.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures


• Ensuring all scaffolding equipment is safe and secure


• Adhering to health and safety regulations


• Conducting site inspections and risk assessments


• Collaborating with other construction team members to meet project deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding according to industry standards and regulations


• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding structures


• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently


• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members


• Maintain a clean and organised work environment


• Assist with loading and unloading scaffolding equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a scaffolder


• Valid scaffolding certification (CISRS or equivalent)


• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures


• Excellent physical fitness and stamina


• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions


• Strong teamwork and communication skills


• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
