Scaffolding Operations Director

Scaffolding Operations Director�required for our client to work on Industrial Projects within the Power station industry. You will be delivering operational functions across large scale industrial scaffolding projects ranging from �1.5-5m.

The Operations Director will be based commutable to the Hertfordshire area and be comfortable attending UK wide sites once every 2 weeks for a day or two.

Experienced Operations Director to work on large-scale industrial scaffolding projects, including major power station sites, while also supporting the growth and delivery of commercial projects.

Operations Director Remuneration

• �80,000 - �90,000 DOE

Operations Director Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of large industrial scaffolding projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.


• Support the growth and management of commercial scaffolding portfolio, ensuring excellent service to clients.


• Lead and develop operational teams across multiple sites.


• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices.


• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth.


• Work closely with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Operations Director Requirements

�����������������Proven experience in scaffolding operations management (industrial and commercial experience preferred).

�����������������In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and scaffolding compliance.

�����������������Willingness to travel to site locations
