Scheduler/Planner - Drainage

Vector are currently recruiting for a Scheduler / Planner on behalf of our client, a Drainage Contractor.
The Job

• To produce job packs including all Health & Safety requirements
• Proactive customer calling
• Assisting with reactive jobs and liaising with operatives
• Monitoring database of incoming jobs
• Producing electronic job packs
• Scanning and electronic filing of processed jobs
• Assisting Planning with photo evaluation
• Initial introductory customer calls

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Drainage/Construction industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Organised, reliable and conscientious
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good time keeping

Hours

• Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

Pay

• �25,000-�30,000 depending on experience
