Description

As a Scheduler you will be working alongside a great team and will be planning automotive repairs for customers whilst managing the technicians workload and diaries.

You will be handling a high volume of customer enquiries booking in jobs and overseeing a small team.

The role will be very fast paced and will ensure the companies five start reputation is being upheld!

Profile

Previous scheduling and customer service experience

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent organisation

A keen eye for detail

Able to build excellent working relationships

A good team player
