Swift Placements are working with a Contract Insulator in Bradford who are seeking 2x�motivated and organised Scheduler's to coordinate mould remediation activities for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to support clients in managing mould issues effectively.

Temp To Perm Position
Hours: 8:00am- 4:00pm
Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate of �12.00, with the opportunity for a permanent position based on performance.
Location: BD4

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and Coordination
- Plan and schedule remediation activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Allocate resources such as technicians, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project completion.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent requests or unforeseen delays.
- Any cancelled appointments to be rescheduled and documented.
- Escalate any concerns or issues to line manager and account managers.
- Notes to be filled out on every property contacted regardless of outcome.
- Contact tenants or property managers through telephone, emails, text messaging or by letters.
- Keep schedule up to date with all work logged with teams.
Client Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding appointments and updates.
- Provide clear and professional communication to manage client expectations.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
Team Support
- Collaborate with remediation teams to ensure schedules are logged and jobs are sent out to the relevant teams.
- Maintain open communication with field technicians to address any on-site challenges.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for review and feedback.
Administrative Duties
- Use scheduling software or tools to manage appointments and track progress.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, timelines, and completion statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally within property maintenance or a similar field.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
