Our client is a SEND educational provider working with children. �Currently they have over 300 children attending clases and over 200 Tutors/Teachers as well as auxillary staff.
Our client is seeking an Admin Manager to control tutors, children, paperwork. The role is to collate all the paperwork into one system. �Being the focal point for tutors, children if they have questions about timetables. �Helping with putting together timetables for children and Tutors.
Collating information on exams etc and putting them onto a spreadsheet.
You must have excellent Excel skills and all paperwork will be on Excel spreadsheets.
You need to ideally have experience within a school environment.
Hours of work can be full time or part time as my client is very flexible.
