The Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be essential in supporting the school's daily operations and enhancing the educational experience. You'll handle a range of responsibilities, from reception duties to administrative support, all helping to create a well-organised and welcoming environment for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the welcoming face of the school, managing reception and greeting visitors
• Respond to phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication
• Maintain accurate school records and databases, supporting the smooth operation of educational programmes
• Assist with administrative support for the senior leadership team and teaching staff
• Coordinate schedules, assist with meetings, and support school events, making education accessible and organised
• Liaise with parents, staff, and other stakeholders in a professional, education-focused manner

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willing to learn school-specific software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
