The Role

As a School Administrator, you will be a key part of our office team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate student records using SIMS.
  • Handling admissions, attendance, and other administrative processes.
  • Providing efficient front-office support, including answering queries from parents, students, and staff.
  • Coordinating school communications, such as letters, newsletters, and emails.
  • Assisting with the organization of events, meetings, and school activities.
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks.

  • Have proven experience as a school administrator, with strong proficiency in SIMS.
