Job Title: School Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and skilled School Office Administrator to join one of our local schools in Wigan and support the smooth operation of our school office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a school office environment, with proficiency in SIMS and FMS systems, and strong organisational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling queries from parents, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records on the SIMS system, including admissions, attendance, and personal details.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day use of the FMS system for processing invoices, managing budgets, and handling financial reporting.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can assist with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- A comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history, including any breaks.
