SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR ( SIMS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED )

Primary School, Bootle, Sefton - September 2025 start date

\n

CER Education are currently looking for an experienced School Administrator with previous school based experience to join an experienced School Administration Team at a Primary School, in Bootle area in Sefton.

\n

This role is part time, and will start September 2025, for 3 days per week ( flexible )

\n

This is a temporary cover role, and will potentially be until December 2025.

\n

As this role is to start in September, we will be interviewing in April, so we can complete all of our reference and compliance checks.

\n

Duties will include :

\n

- To provide an efficient and high quality administrative support to all staff and students
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children

\n

- Typing of letters, minutes, forms, reports
- Using publisher to create the school newsletter
- Covering front of desk and dealing with queries from parents and visitors
- Using SIMS to update student data and attendance - experience essential.

\n

You will be professional, hard working and efficient. Have an excellent level of customer service, have an excellent telephone manner and be willing to use your initiative and work independantly. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and parents coming into the school.
