School administrator required in Birmingham!

We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Duties:

  • Writing emails and answering phone calls
  • \n
  • Administrative duties such as emails, spreadsheets, letters
  • \n
  • Parent Liaison
  • \n
  • LA liaison
  • \n
  • Preparation of reports
  • \n
  • Organising appointments
  • \n
  • Provision and interventions
  • \n
\n

Key skills / competencies:

\n
    \n
  • Ideally have used: SIMS, Arbor, CPOMs, and MS office.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills
  • \n
  • Organised, good record keeping skills
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work both independent and as part of a team
  • \n
\n

Requirements:

    \n
  • Safeguarding training
  • \n
  • 5 year check able work history
  • \n
  • Enhanced DBS
  • \n
  • Previous school admin experience.
  • \n
\n

\n

Able to follow instructions
Must be reliable
