School Business Manager

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced School Business Manager for a large primary school based in Chester from September 2024.

Location: Chester

Start Date: 2nd September 2024 - Temp to Perm

Term: Full Time

Pay: £150 - £160 a day

More information: We are seeking a strategic manager of finances and school operations to join a fantastic large primary school based in the heart of Chester. The role of a school business manager will be to manage and run the operations of the school from finances, staffing, school maintenance and admissions.

You will be working with a strong team of office administrators and senior leaders to enable you to complete your role to the best of your ability. You will often be reporting to the school headteacher, senior leadership team and governors to provide regular updates on the school.

The ideal candidate for a school business manager is someone with a strong understanding of finances, good IT knowledge, HR understanding and premises management.

The role will be to start from September 2024 and will continue throughout the academic year. If successful in a 12 week trial period the school will offer a permanent contract.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
