School Caretaker

My client is a school in Farnborough, looking for a School Caretaker for a short term contract. Potental for contract extension for the right candidate. 

Role will include; open and closing premises, general caretaker, propoerty/premises maintenance. Person Fit - handyperson experience - plumbing, electriccs, carpentry. External grounds maintenance, litter management, compliance, health/ safety and risk awareness. Manual handling. Litter management. Unblocking drains, grass and pathways maintenance.

A proven background/experience as a maintenance person - property management. Property security and safety awareness. 

Must be hard working, 'can do attitude', able to work as part of a team, liaise with contractors, Must be a people person. 

Additional :

Experience using fault finding portal.

Working in a School environment advantageous

SEN qualification advantageous

Swimming pool testing qualification advantageous 

Role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS
