JOB DESCRIPTION:

Caretaker required in Accrington to start ASAP. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

HOURS

Monday to Friday

7am - 10am

Daily responsibilities will include:

Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

*Must have an enhanced DBS
Maintenance experience
