School Chef Windor Area - Must Have DBS

We are looking for a expreinced Chef De Partie for a school in Windor
Monday to Frdiay 7am-3pm
8 hours per day�
�16 per hour
Weekly pay�
You will work withn a team of 3 chef privifdng food for stuends
Must have at elast 33 teasr of experience and must have Enchanced DBS�
As Chef de partie you will do:

• Oversee and run a specific station (e.g., grill, saut�, pastry, fish, etc.) during service.
• Ensure all dishes from your station are prepared and presented to the restaurant's standards.

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place (prepping, chopping, and portioning food) for the shift.
• Follow recipes and menus to produce consistent, high-quality dishes.

• Cook dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.
• Plate dishes beautifully and ensure they are presented in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
