About the Role:

As a School Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing emotional and psychological support to students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering one-to-one counselling sessions.
• Providing guidance and support to students experiencing emotional difficulties.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Developing and implementing well-being programs and initiatives.
• Managing and supporting students with diverse mental health needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience working as a counsellor, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student well-being.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in counselling or mental health support are essential.
