We are currently supporting a school in Newcastle who are currently looking for an experienced school PA/Admin to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.
School PA experience - ESSENTIAL
Enhanced DBS on the update service - ESSENTIAL
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to school leadership.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with various school projects and tasks as needed.
