Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Receptionists to work in a busy School environment. You do not have to have specific School experience, however it would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with a friendly yet professional telephone manner and will be comfortable working/helping a new school team.
This position begins on a temporary basis between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 4:30p.m ,although this starts on a temporary basis there may be an opportunity to become permanent within the school.(this is not guaranteed).There is also full-time and part-time availability.
As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
� Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
� Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
� Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
� Responding to emails
� Letters to parents
� Typing of letters and memos
� Filing, faxing and photocopying
� Dealing with parents and pupils
You must be:
� Proactive
� Hardworking
� Not afraid to take on new tasks
� Able to multi-task
� Outgoing and have a friendly persona
