Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all school communications, welcoming visitors, staff, and students with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately.
Maintain a well-organised and efficient reception area.
Perform general administrative duties, including handling post, managing bookings, and updating school records.
Support the wider administrative team as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a school receptionist or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
A professional and approachable manner.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
