Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and dynamicScience Teacherto join a vibrant and well-establishedsecondary school in the Northampton area. This is afull-time, long-termposition startingafter the Easter half-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
Take full classroom responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and behaviour management.
Prepare students for GCSE examinations, conducting regular assessments and mock exams to monitor progress.
Adapt teaching strategies to support students with SEN (Special Educational Needs), ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 level.
Strong knowledge of the UK Science curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Two recent, education-based references.
