A GOOD rated secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Technician to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis. If you have a strong science background and enjoy working in a hands-on, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment and materials for practical science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Support teachers and students during experiments, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Assist in the upkeep of laboratories, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations.
What They Are Looking For:
  • Science Degree (essential), with a strong understanding of lab safety and equipment handling.
  • Science Technician Experience (desirable), but recent graduates with a passion for science and willingness to learn will be considered.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Commitment to supporting a high-quality learning experience for students.
