£45 - £50k per annum
9% pension, 10% annual bonus
Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a Screening & Compliance Manager to join our client, a large financial services organisations team on a permanent basis, leading a team and overseeing comprehensive screening and compliance processes, ensuring all checks are complete and compliant with regulatory standards. Duties will include but will not be limited to,
Overseeing the end-to-end background and compliance screening process, including criminal checks, employment verification, education verification, and reference checks
Implement comprehensive compliance procedures related to background screening and hiring processes
Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting background screening and hiring compliance
Relationship management which will involve understanding and identifying business strategy and priorities, advising on a broad range of onboarding programs
Lead, coach, motivate and develop a, high performing team, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Create and share best practices within your team, and broadly within the organisation to ensure Background Screening & Compliance is highly effective and valued
