Scrub Nurse (Orthopaedic) - Hertfordshire

Full time

Salary:�Up to �40,000 depending on experience

A brilliant private hospital located in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced orthopaedic scrub nurse to join their fantastic team.

The successful candidate will be based at a Hertfordshire Hospital Theatre department and will:

• Be a qualified nurse/ODP registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/HCPC with an up to date PIN number.


• Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct/HCPC Standards of conduct and other professional guidelines.


• Act as a member of the surgical team either as a scrub or circulating practitioner


• Work with surgical staff to ensure correct patient positioning for operating procedures

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 1 year UK experience in a theatre scrub role


• Have extensive experience scrubbing for orthopaedic operations


• Evidence of Clinical competence


• Must have right to work in UK, as unfortunately the hospital cannot currently offer sponsorship.
