Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives (7 months)

You will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients across the region. • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Grass Cutting: Regularly cut grass areas to maintain an even height and healthy appearance.
\n
• Weed Control: Identify and eliminate weeds using appropriate methods and tools to promote healthy plant growth.
\n
• General Landscape Maintenance: Assist with the care and maintenance of gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas.
\n
• Litter and Debris Removal: Keep outdoor areas free from litter and debris to ensure a clean environment.
\n
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in grounds maintenance tasks.
\n
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team
\n
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
\n
• A full valid UK driving licence
\n
• Prior experience in Grounds Maintenance, using hand & mechanical tools, with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
\n
• Undertake a Basic DBS Check
