About the role

\n

We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team in Kilmarnock to support over the busy spring and summer seasons. Responsibilities will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more, as well as supporting a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives to keep several local parks, housing sites and grounds in wonderful condition for our client. It's a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

\n

• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
\n
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
\n
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, as well as pedestrian and ride-on mower experience and experience using other grounds maintenance equipment such as leaf blowers and strimmers.
\n
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential, and trailer towing experience.
\n
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage, but not essential.
