As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include….

• Fact finding with customers and assessing how to assist them


• Inputting and logging all customer information


• Placing customers with a lender


• Working to and achieving set KPI’s and targets whilst adhering to all compliance


• Chasing customers for completed packs


• Providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are happy

We’re looking for a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor who has the following skills and experience…

• Ideally 1 year's experience as a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor


• Fully CeMap qualified with brokerage experience


• Organised with great attention to detail


• Great time management and ability to prioritise urgent tasks


• Clear communication, interpret customer responses and provide a fab service


• Can build rapport and have a genuine care for the customer

In return, the successful Second Charge Mortgage Advisor will receive a salary of up to £32,500 plus the following benefits…

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays


• Commission Scheme – OTE £55,000


• Early finish Fridays


• Christmas shutdown
