IT Support Analyst (Second Line)

Location: Commutable to Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience
Working Pattern: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote option per week

Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to deliver 2nd line IT support. You'll work closely with the IT team to maintain, improve, and support IT systems, ensuring all stakeholders can work effectively. This role involves a mix of desktop support, IT infrastructure administration, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Provide 2nd line IT support and escalate complex issues as needed.
\n- Maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate records and smooth allocation to users.
\n- Support and administer IT systems, including Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and safeguarding solutions.
\n- Deliver training and create knowledge resources to upskill stakeholders.
\n- Ensure compliance with IT policies, including cybersecurity and data protection.

What We're Looking For:

\n- A passion for IT and technology with experience in a similar role.
\n- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking skills.
\n- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n- Relevant IT qualifications or a willingness to achieve them.
\n
\n
Desirable Skills:
\n
\n- Experience with ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT solutions.
\n- Knowledge of scripting, automation, and network infrastructure.
\n
\n
Special Requirements:
\n
\n- Must be able to drive and have access to own transport for travel across sites.
\n
