Mac Support Engineer/2nd Line Support Up to £40,000 per annum Central London – Hybrid – 3x days per week onsite A specialist technology company is on the market for an ambitious 2nd Line / Mac Support Engineer for their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, from Non-Profits to Public Sector organisations and international clients.This person will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of existing mac and windows environments. The right person will enjoy adapting to changing technology and staying at the forefront of leading IT systems and solutions.We are looking for: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support role, supporting end usersExperience with either Windows Desktop Operating systems or macOS and Jamf – the organisation are willing to train the right person if there are gaps in their skillset.
