Your Role as a Cover Supervisor in Solihull:

As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will provide essential classroom cover when teachers are absent due to illness, maternity leave, or other reasons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising pre-set work in line with school policies.
• Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Addressing student queries regarding tasks and procedures.
• Handling any immediate issues or emergencies in accordance with school protocols.
• Collecting and returning completed work to the relevant teacher.
