Salary: �95 - �110 per day
Contract Type: Long-term, with the possibility of becoming permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you passionate about pastoral support and student well-being? Long Term Futures are working with a well-established secondary school in Chesterfield, seeking a Pastoral Assistant to help students navigate challenges and thrive in their education.

Your Role:

• Provide emotional and practical support to students
• Encourage positive behaviour and personal development
• Assist in managing student concerns and implementing intervention strategies
• Work alongside the pastoral team to maintain a safe and inclusive school environment

What We Need from You:

• A compassionate and proactive approach
• Experience in pastoral care, mentoring, or student support (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
