What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging and innovative English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Planning, preparing, and marking lessons to meet curriculum requirements and individual student needs.
• Inspiring students to reach their full potential, encouraging creativity, and fostering a love for literature.
• Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning for all.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English language and literature.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
• A commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of students.
• An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
