Role Overview: Secondary School SEN TA
Assist teachers within the classroom
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND/SEN needs
Work closely with non-verbal students
Support students both in and out of lessons
Monitor and record interventions

Based in South London
Monday - Friday (term time only)
Long-term, full-time position
Competitive daily rate: £85-£100
Immediate start with continuation in September 2024
Ideal Candidate: Secondary School SEN TA
Experience with children and SEND/SEN needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with non-verbal students
Ability to work 1:1 and adapt to challenges
